Pass the Torch is Manja Horner’s book on the future of the trades, written from her vantage point as a third-generation tradesperson and workforce education expert, and President of Boost.
Manja came in with the expertise already earned. What she needed was a framework, a plan and somebody holding the deadline. We built the plan first. The whole book was mapped in 3 days, which is what happens when the foundation (what the book is, who it’s for, what it has to do) gets built before anybody starts writing chapter 1.
