You’ve had the material for a while. Somewhere between the keynote you’ve given 11 times, the voice memo you recorded at 11pm, and the notes app you’re slightly afraid to open... there’s a book in there.
I’d love to hear about it.

I read it. Personally, from my laptop, usually somewhere within walking distance of the ocean. You’ll hear back within a day or 2. Make it 3 if I’m on a plane or in a room with 6 writers and questionable wifi.
The more you give me, the more useful my reply is. What the book’s about. Who it’s for. Whether it exists yet or lives entirely in your head — both are completely normal. If you’re working to a date, say so.
Book a call. 30 minutes, and you’ll leave knowing what your book actually is and which path it takes.
30 yrs. x4 NYT bestsellers with somebody else’s name on the cover. Not names (I can’t) and not specifics (NDA).
What I can tell you is that not one of those authors thought they were a writer when we started. Most of them said the same thing on the first call: “I don’t know if I actually have a book in me.”
They did. They always do. That’s the job — finding it, then making sure it sounds like you and not like a LinkedIn post that wrote itself.
