The Rooms
You’ve been meaning to write this book since the last time you reorganised your entire office specifically so you could write this book.
One of them is free. One of them involves a plane. One of them is a list you join because the room you want doesn’t exist yet.
Tell me where in the world you are
Rooms open about twice a year and they’re capped low on purpose, which means they fill off this list before they ever reach the website. I’ll either build a room near you or tell you honestly that I can’t.
Three hours, no plane, no invoice
I am turning 45, so I am giving away 45 seats to a Virtual Espresso Createcation. Three hours on Zoom, bring your own coffee. Whether the book is worth writing, who it is actually for, and what to do first. It is the retreat in miniature.
Friday 25 September, 16:00–19:00 Pacific. In New Zealand and Australia that is Saturday the 26th, 11:00 Christchurch and 09:00 Melbourne.

Fair. Flights are expensive, life is full, and December is December. Some of the best work I’ve done happened over a screen with one of us in an ungodly timezone. Tell me what you’re writing and what you actually need, and I’ll tell you whether I can build something around you.
Thirty minutes. Free. Nothing to buy at the end of it, which I’m aware is a strange thing for a website to admit.
